Myth: Concrete floors will be cold and hard on their feet
Fact:
finished concrete floors are no colder and hard. They are just as other common
flooring types such as ceramic tiles, stone, or marble.
There is really no
difference.
In fact, having a concrete floor can
be a benefit in the summer as it could actually work to bring down your air
conditioning costs by making you feel a bit cooler.
